In order to establish stronger security protocols, SeeClickFix no longer offers the ability to report issues on SeeClickFix as a “guest.” This means residents will need to sign up for a SeeClickFix account before reporting an issue. However, you can still report anonymously, if you choose to do so. Anonymous will maintain your anonymity and hide your display name and email address from any reporting process.
