Alcohol Commission


The Alcohol Commission is charged with administering the laws relating to the sale of beer and approving retail liquor locations in the city.
The Commission meets every first and third Wednesday of each month.

Selection Process:
Members are nominated by City Mayor and approved by City Council.

Membership:
9 Member Board. Oath of Office required.

Function & Authority:

Terms Of Members:
2 Year Term, with automatic extension unless Mayor decides to roll off member.
