Voter Identification Litigation - Library Photo ID Card

The Mayor's vision for the use of City of Memphis Library Photo ID Cards as valid state identification for voting became a reality May 25, 2012 when the Tennessee Court of Appeals approved the measure. Click here for court documents and instructions for obtaining a Library Photo ID Card.
