2010 Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment is scheduled for June 7, 2010 - June 18, 2010
For 2010 there will be several new features:
- Changes in the Basic and Premier premiums.
- Changes in Flexible Spending Account and Medicare Advantage Plans are not available during this enrollment period.
Benefits staff representatives will be available to assist you in completing your enrollment materials between the hours of 8:30 and 4:30. Both the City Hall office at 125 North Main Street, Room 438 and the Riverdale Office at 4225 Riverdale will be open to serve you.

- Based on your Open Enrollment changes, if you are supposed to submit Evidence of Insurability forms (for Life Insurance Coverage changes or enrollments) and Short Term Disability Enrollment forms please download the same from the corresponding links on the right side of this page in the Menu section.
