The Online Support Center connects you to (MCSC) Mayor's Citywide Call Center, which operates as a primary information resource center for both city government and the citizens of Memphis. The Center links questions, comments, complaints and suggestions from the public, to the appropriate division of city government in order to quickly assist you in resolving your issues.

Looking for employment with the City of Memphis?
What you need to know:
The City of Memphis has created a program called iRecruitment to assist interested parties in searching and applying for open positions within the City. You do not need to register to browse openings but will need to do so to apply for any openings.
How do I begin?
You may begin by accessing the iRecruitment information page by clicking here. This page contains information, instructions and links to the iRecruitment application where you may browse for positions and register to apply for positions which interest you.

Interested in a career with Memphis Fire Services?
What you need to know:
Open positions within Fire Services are posted similarly to other open positions. Please see the section above entitled, "Looking for employment with the City of Memphis".
Looking for proclamations from the City?
What you need to know:
Requests for proclamations should be addressed in writing to the Office of the Mayor, 125 N. Main Street, Memphis, TN 38103 or faxed to 576-6012. Please provide the name and purpose of the event and general information about the event. Please also include information (i.e. name, address, and phone number) of the person who should be contacted regarding questions and/or pick up of the proclamation. Please submit your proclamation request at least three weeks in advance of your scheduled event.
Looking for travel or tourism information?
What you need to know:
The City of Memphis does not print or distribute literature regarding tourism. This function is performed by the Memphis Visitors and Convention Bureau. The MVCB has hotel, dining and activities information and can send maps to interested parties.

Relocating to Memphis?
What you need to know:
The City of Memphis does not provide relocation packages. The Memphis Regional Chamber can provide you with any needed information regarding relocation packages, answer your questions and/or provide you with any assistance you might need throughout the relocation process.

Questions or comments about the City of Memphis Website?
Emails sent to the Webmaster are received by the Information Services division of the City. The Webmaster can only address technical questions and/or issues with the City's website. Otherwise, please visit the appropriate section of the website or contact the Division relating to your specific issue.

The Webmaster for the City of Memphis has a specific email account designated for communications with the public, and can answer questions related to any 'technical issues' or problems with the City of Memphis website.
