Business Diversity and Compliance
The Office of Business Diversity and Compliance (OBDC) wants Memphis-based companies to know that we are open for business! The OBDC is the central certification point for firms desiring to do business with the City of Memphis and Memphis-based companies. Our mission is to increase the number of M/W/SBEs certified with the City of Memphis and assist with strengthening the capacity of these companies so that they might better compete for opportunities in City of Memphis government contracting.
