         Part of Notice:  Any person wanting to speak and address an agenda item during the scheduled Memphis and Shelby County Sports

           Authority Board meeting must be present and fill out a provided public speaker registration card listing: name; address; telephone number;

          and, the agenda item to be addressed.     The card must be submitted to the Board at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting  

          time.    The presenter will be allowed up to 2 minutes to address the Board about the identified agenda item.
