Warming Centers for the unhoused community will open Saturday, February 17 at 10 p.m.
Due to the expected cold weather, the Hub’s Warming Centers for the unhoused community will open Saturday, February 17 at 10 p.m. and will close Sunday, February,18 at 8 a.m.
Location: To accommodate a greater number of guests, there will be TWO locations:
— Single women and families will stay at the Hospitality Hub (590 Washington Ave); and
— Single men and couples will stay at the Green Law Community Center (190 Mill Road)
Transportation: Transportation to both locations will be provided by MATA; requests can be made by calling 901-297-1680 during Warming Center hours.
Services: Sack meals and blankets will be provided while supplies last.
Who: All are welcome. Guests will need to check in upon arrival, but IDs are not required.
