Mujeres que ofrecen apoyo a otras mujeres (WOWS)

The Young Administration is committed to aid those justice involved and re-turning citizens in their plight for stability. It is in this effort; the Office of Community Affairs hosts its Manhood University and Women Offering Women Support (WOWS) classes. Manhood University and WOWS serve as the City of Memphis re-entry program. The expectation of both Manhood University & WOWS is to encourage, empower and employ the men and women in Memphis to reach their highest potential.

This is a six-session program, and the course topics are:

• Intro to Manhood/WOWS
• Policía y relaciones con la comunidad
• Solicitudes/Cumplimentación de currículos
• Comunicación eficaz
• Prepararse para las entrevistas/Vestirse para el éxito/Simulacros de entrevistas
• Aprender las reglas del juego/Crédito-Aprendizaje financiero

WHEN:
All classes for the accelerated sessions are Martes, Miércoles, and Jueves for a period of two weeks.

Location:
All classes will be held at 555 Beale Street.
