The Compliance Department is committed to maintaining an organizational accountability structure which assures compliance with all of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) laws, rules, and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- Compliance Monitoring for Short-Term and Long-Term Projects
- Davis-Bacon Act and Prevailing Wages
- Environmental Reviews
- Section 3 of the Housing and Development Act of 1968
- Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973
