• Special Beer sales;
• Liquor By the Ounce, (LBO);
• Dance (compensated and regular);
• Special Events, (public assemblies, parades, and street closures);
• Adult Oriented Businesses;
• Scrap Metal & Junk Dealers;
• Scrap Tire Dealers and Haulers
• Public Art
• Vehicle for hire
